Innovation, flexibility, reliability, high production and precision are some of the characteristics that are associated with Trebi machines. Trebi, has engineered and manufactured automated surface finishing machines with robots for twenty years. Deburring, finishing and polishing even the most complex parts are not a problem thanks to the Trebi's automated cells.
The latest addition to Trebi's range of machines is one for aluminum alloy wheels & other cast and machined parts, requiring multi-face operations. Their vast experience and the company's innovative spirit has allowed them to engineer and manufacture this machine that performs all the finishing operations on the part without any secondary operations. Articulated robots that manipulate tools such as mills, alternating files, orbital grinders and abrasive belts, do the deburring. The parts are clamped and can be positioned and rotated continuously.
Parts are loaded and unloaded without stopping the machine. It has a rotating pallet; therefore, while the robots work one side, the operator can change the part on the other.
Finally, deburring and surface finishing wheels, gears & cast parts are no longer a problem.
