One of Europe's premier builders of CNC transfer machines for more than 40 years.

Spada Transfer Technology

has been building transfer machines for more than 40 years.  Having decided early on to take advantage of the most modern CNC technologies has given

Spada Transfer Technology

the capacity to produce hydraulic and recirculating ball movements, and to build versatile machines with 3 and 4 axes work centres to satisfy the multiplicity of needs of their customers.

Spada Transfer Technology

customers have an additional reason for peace of mind: having the facility of being assisted in real time utilising "TELESERVICE", allowing any problems to be resolved by

Spada Transfer Technology

acting directly on the machine, so reducing costs and intervention times in any part of the world.

The flexible CNC Fullpower™ machining system can complete six face machining at any angle, and perform both I.D. & O.D. single point turning on many different diameter blank or part sizes.  Since no change over is required, the system allows part runs of any lot size (even single parts) with the production speed of a fully automated dial transfer machine.  The Fullpower™ machines are available in 4 to 8 station configurations with up to 7 axis under CNC control.  Available 30 tool ATC and full “U” axis spindle heads allow complete flexibility of operations at any station.   A vertical turning station with tail stock, automatic work holding changer and 2 axis single point contour turning and threading slides adds to the versatility of the Fullpower™ machine.  Full automation is also available to accommodate different parts allowing total un-manned continuous operation.

Other examples of Spada products include vertical and horizontal axis machines with up to 15 working stations, three working units per station, full indexing stations, ATC and fully automated loading
