RBR Machine Tools is introducing the newest addition to our popular CncGcoder® series, the CncGcoder® HD Super. The CncGcoder® HD super combines all of the productive features of the CncGcoder® HDx package with new bright color LCD touchscreen display, a faster 416 MHz Intel processor, a larger 256 Meg internal flash disk, and a high capacity removable battery. The standard CncGcoder® HDx style serial cable incorporates an ergonomic right angle design and is made using extreme duty durable industrial wire for reliable connections even after millions of bends and flexes. A standard USB jack allows the CncGcoder® HD Super to utilize popular flash/stick/pen drives, USB hard disks, keyboards, mice, and even barcode readers.
Designed for machine tool setup, maintenance, and programming personnel, the CncGcoder® HD Super is a handheld tool for backing-up, editing, and transferring CNC machine tool G-Code programs. CncGcoder® HD Super features an easy-to-use, PC compatible file system that allows users to store and organize G-Code programs in unlimited directories. In addition to the large 256 Meg internal flash disk, the USB jack and internal microSD card slot offers limitless memory capabilities and enables the user to directly transfer the files between the CncGcoder® HDx and any PC.
The CncGcoder® HD Super handheld is liquid, dust, and shock-resistant and is designed to withstand a four-foot drop without damage. The extreme duty CNC serial cable uses a abrasion resistant industrial high-flex cable, screw-in right angle connector, and has an integrated USB jack. A CNC style layout for the keypad allows quick program edits. The removable high capacity rechargeable battery enables hours of continuous use between charges.
The complete package includes the handheld unit with the CncGcoder® software preinstalled, the extreme duty RS-232 serial cable with USB jack, battery charger, and is backed by a full factory warranty. Current CncGcoder® users can easily migrate their G-code data and machine settings to the new CncGcoder® HD Super handheld.
